MIS preparation and reporting:

• Preparation of MIS reports and extracting data from ERP

Other Points:

• Visit to plants on monthly basis for checking accounting work within Bengal.
• Visits to plants outside Bengal once in 6 months.
• Corresponding with Banks for Finance and bank related work.

• Ability to develop a digital strategy that is aligned with Organizational goals. Such Digital technologies should drive business growth and provide competitive advantage.
• Person should have good communication skills. In addition to motivating their team, educate employees about the benefit of digitization. Explaining complex technical concept in a easy to understand way to the non-technical peoples.
• IT Manager / Head is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s systems are secure and functioning properly. When issues arise, they have to remain calm and work quickly to find a solution.
• Good Knowledge in any programming language, one database & all the current & futuristic IT technologies.
• IT Manager / Head must have strong project management skills. He needs to know how to handle budgets and manage timelines when working with multiple groups of people both inside and outside of an organization. For example, an IT Manager / IT Head might be involved in planning upgrades of existing software or hardware, negotiating with vendors, or coordinating the installation of a new computer system. Successful IT Manager / Head is able to complete these projects on time and without errors.

• To monitor daily, the liquidation of stock from distributor and retailer point for low sales return.
• To ensure payment of outstanding based on company policy (60 days for veg, season end for FC)
• To conduct effective farmer meetings, crop shows, jeep campaigns, demos and other demand generation activities.
• To monitor daily, the work of MDOs and work along with them. (Retailer visits, farmer visits, DG Activities, etc.)
• To set the MDOs tour plan, focus villages, focus products and focus retailers (Green book).
• To train the MDOs for their job (Sunhera Bhavishya Program)
  To meet retailers and distributors and ensure proper service is provided to them and solve all their problems (Channel Management)

• On a regular day, SO/TSM should be always traveling with MDOs and visiting two villages (one in the morning and one in the evening.) They should ensure that they are spending time with each MDO during the month. Depending on the number of districts they are covering they should be planning their tour program in a way that they do a night halt in the MDOs HQ and work with him to develop him.

• Micro and Macro planning of Sales and demand generation activities Distributor wise, Retailer wise, Product wise, village wise, activity type wise.
• Ensuring proper quality execution of sales and demand generation activities by monitoring the plan on a day-to-day basis and correcting as and when required.
• Hiring and Training of MDOs, SO and TSM.
• Collaborating with supply chain team (for dispatches, SR, etc.), finance, HR and local C&Fs.
• Appointing new distributor after verification and assigning proper credit limit based on credibility of distributor.
• Finding new geographies or markets to grow, finding new channel partners to help increase sales.
• Market and competition analysis.
• Understanding newly launched products and PAS 5 product in detail.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly review with team and participate in weekly review with NSM.
• Ensure proper performance review of team.
• Ensure that there are no overdue, clear distributor accounts, no sales return and unnecessary unsold stock at C&F.
• Understand the profitability of the distributor by making him understand benefit he has gained by working with PAN.
• To build relationship with state govt officials, universities and other company employees.
• Work with NSM to strategize for 3 + 2 year plan.
• Work with NSM and Marketing Team on the campaign plan strategy.
• RSM is expected to spend at least 20 days in the market to understand the pulse of the market, to ensure planning is accurate, execution is proper, quality is good and to lead from the front.
